aalo is a voice-first form builder operated as a business organized under the laws of Wyoming, United States.

The Service — including its text, graphics, wordmark, software, and design system — is owned by aalo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Using the Service does not give you ownership of any of it.

"aalo," the aalo wordmark, and the aalo form lockup are trademarks of aalo. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to accurately refer to the Service.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from people who use aalo. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send us:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The location of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data under the GDPR / UK GDPR. Our legal bases include:

• Performance of a contract — providing the Service you asked for

• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
• Access and delete personal information
• Correct inaccurate personal information

The Service may be subject to U.S. export control laws. You agree not to use or export it in violation of those laws, and you represent that you are not located in a country or on a list where such use is prohibited.

Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, unless we agree otherwise. You may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will remain in effect.
