Terms of service

By accessing or using aalo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

aalo is a voice-first form builder. You describe what you need by voice or text, and we generate a branded form, a shareable link, and tools to understand the responses that come back.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or commercial form-building. This license does not include:

• Copying, modifying, or redistributing the Service's code, design, or infrastructure
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Removing copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Reselling the Service or providing it as a competing platform

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly at hello@aalo.io if you think someone else has access.

You may sign in with email, Google, or GitHub. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Collect personal data from respondents without a lawful basis and any required consent
• Transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate any person or organization
• Probe, scan, or overload our systems

You retain ownership of the content you create with aalo, including form structure, copy, uploaded images, and the responses people submit to your forms.

You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to operate the Service — for example, generating your form, serving it at a public link, and showing responses in your dashboard.

You are responsible for the forms you publish and for the data you collect through them, including any notices or consents your respondents need.

Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to turn your voice or text into form fields, copy, and design, and to help you make sense of responses. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You must review generated forms before you publish them.

You remain responsible for how you use generated output. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, unique, or fit for a particular purpose.

Paid plans are billed in advance. Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stay active through the end of the current billing period. The limited lifetime plan is a one-time purchase.

Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

We work to keep aalo available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, ship updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for downtime or interruptions.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or that your use is harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aalo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
